Top tier comfort neck massager
My wife bought this for me because of my cervicle spine being injured back in 2009 from an IED blast. I've been through pain management, Rx narcotics, and even physical therapy. All are great except the are time consuming and appts take forever. This snug is the prefect on the go relief. Between the red light, heat, and massaging nodules it brings instant relaxation. The only negative (nothing is perfect in life) is I wish when clipped it would be a firmer grip for nudule contact and not need to hold the snug tighter by the straps. Other than that, great product.

No way to charge it because doesnt come wt plugin
The packet only comes with a usb and no wall plug in. How are you supposed to charge it? That’s ridiculous.

Nice, but no way to adjust for neck width
Nicely made, but there is no way to adjust it for the neck width. This was just too big and rolled around my neck without making enough contact to massage it properly. If you are a thin or small person I would try a different neck massager. The clasp on the front (fastener) is just to pen and close and does not adjust width. I hope this helps.
