False advertisement
Ordered the two pack for Christmas for $249.99. On Christmas Eve I realized I only received the one. When I contacted Nordstrom a couple days later, they had changed the price to $299.99. They said I had to return and reorder. So I asked them to adjust the price, and they said they could not because it’s a third party. I asked to a $50 gift card to put towards the reorder, and they refused.
Apparently I wasn’t the only one. Someone screwed up the price, false advertised 2-pack boots for $249.99, and now they refuse to honored what they advertised. Reporting them to BBB!

Received one boot
This was a Christmas gift . Once the recipient opened the box. We only saw one compression boot. l payed for two. l called customer service, they said just return. . l was so disappointed.

Only Received One
As with other reviewers, I ordered the two pack and only received one. Customer service said to return and reorder. They explained the process for ensuring I would receive two was in the brands hands and little that Nordstrom had control over. I sent it back for return. It seems suspicious to me that most all other reviews had the same issue. False advertising indeed.
