What it is: An oil-free mattifying primer that instantly blurs flaws, reduces the appearance of pores and controls oil for up to eight hours.
Who it's for: All skin types, though it's ideal for oily and combination skin.

Smashbox Poreless Primer
Where do I begin......well first of all I have wasted soooo much time and money on many other primers that claim to fill in fine lines and pores. I absolutely fell in Love with this one because it actually does what it says. My skin feels velvety smooth after applying it. Although I did find that if I don't let it settled on my skin for a minute before applying my mineral foundation it will have a caking effect. Other than that which that is an easy fix, I have no complaints about this primer. I hope they never stop producing it :-)

Awful
I love the basic Photo Finish by Smashbox and was hoping this would be even better. Put it on and then my base would not blend. Looked like I had streaks of foundation and could not get it to set. Will not use this again.

Helps cover pores and control oil but....
This primer is on the thicker side but spreads easily enough and didn't feel heavy on my skin. It seemed to help with oil control and it really did help to hide my large pores. In other words, I'd say it lived up to its claims. But unfortunately it caused me to breakout on several parts of my face. I've used other Smashbox primers and never had that trouble and this was the only new product I had introduced. However, I'd still recommend trying it because everyone's skin is different and if you have issues with covering large pores, this is worth a try.

Just so-so
I like the consistency of this primer and it looks great at first. Gives you a matte look and does reduce the appearance of pores. But later in the day I notice streaking and a much oilier complexion than when I skip this step in the morning. One plus is that a little really goes a long way so even the travel size will last for a while.

Pores no more!
BEST primer I have ever used (used smash box photo finish, YSL, Dior, Armani, Dr Brandt...you get the picture). I don't find that it helps reduce oil as much as it keeps my giant pores looking barely there- and in turn, saves me a lot of $ in foundation that isn't being drawn in to them. Cleanse your face well, tone and try this. Makeup stays all day, no 2pm oil slick and no blemishes as others stated. I have the MOST sensitive skin with Rosacea and this works great! Try it.

UNBELIEVABLE !
This cream does exactly what it say's it's supposed to do, It minimizes pores ! My pores are almost invisible. This is a magical product. Try it, you'll love iit !!!!!!!
