They keep sending me the wrong one.
I ordered the white one with the strap and apparently they don’t make the white one with the strap anymore. Without letting me know, they have sent me the wrong ones (the gray one without the strap) twice. Not sure why the white one is still available on Nordstrom and Miko’s website, but it needs to be removed and not available for sale if they aren’t making it anymore. Feel like I’ve been deceived and very disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying this one out.

Disappointed
I was very excited to receive my new air purifier, until I opened the package & there was no cord to plug in. I cannot even turn it on or power it, which is useless. Wondering now if I received a used product and somebody forgot to put the cord back. I’ll be returning.
