Not filled all the way
I love this fabric wash by Nordstrom. They discontinued the 32 oz that cost $19. and now sell 16oz for $18. The bottle arrived not full to the rim of the bottle. About 1/4” of detergent missing. The bottle is sealed when I opened the cap. So, I am paying more money for a smaller size and not getting a full 16 oz. Is this how the bottle is going to arrive every time? I wonder and why not filling it up all the way?

Shrinkflation At It's Worst!
I have been using Nordstrom Fabric Wash for over 15 years. It was my favorite. But, I will not be buying it again. The size has been reduced by HALF at full price! It used to be about $16 for 32 oz. Now it's $16 for half the amount of product - only 16 oz. I love this wash, but will not be paying this price. Extremely disappointed in Nordstrom shrinkflation tactics. I will be returning it.

Same product, but more concentrated...
Like others, when I received my order I was confused as I have been buying Nordstrom fabric wash for years and the bottle was so much smaller. I checked the directions based on another review and it is in fact more concentrated but because Nordstrom hasn't made that clear it does look like you're getting A LOT less product for the same price. I also had to weigh it because my bottle was also not completely full as another review stated, but it is the full 16 oz. Maybe they didn't fill it all the way so it's less likely to leak during shipping?
So... it's same product we all know and love, but with some changes that make it appear we're not getting value for our money when we actually are. Due to the product being the same I did give it five stars, but they really should make it more obvious that you're still getting your money's worth.

Lopsided Relationship
While I really like this detergent and have been a faithful buyer for years, Nordstrom has decreased the volume by 50%. So the cost went from .60 cents per oz to $1 per ounce. Crazy unfair. How do you expect to keep loyal customers?

More concentrated
More concentrated, thus requiring use half the amount (2 Tbs vs 4 Tbs). Hopefully this will work the same. Poor on Nordstrom's part that they do not point this out more promently.
