A wonderful buy!
I was eyeing on this bag online for a long time (particularly on color Mulberry Green) but couldn't commit to buying without seeing the actual bag. Then, I was so happy to actually able to try it on at one of the Nordstroms. The green one was beautiful online but in person, a bit darker for me (closer to black). The sales associate brought out the two new colors - Chalk (cream) & Black Cherry (dark burgundy-maroon like); both looked nice. I am happy that I settled for black cherry (classy, gorgeous deep color) & very well made, quality leather bag, surprisingly light and roomy to fit most essentials.

Poorly packed, no Box or dustbag
The bag itself is beautiful, but it arrived without any care for a $1600 designer handbag.
Shrink wrapped in plastic and dumped in a large box with holes in the bottom, very little paper and just enough tape to close the lids. No protection or care at all.
No Mulberry Box or dustbag. Clearly just picked up off the warehouse shelf.
