without the dust bag, not cool!

This handbag arrived in a plastic bag, not a dust cover to be found. How can you send out a designer bag without it & in a plastic bag. If Nordstrom doesn’t take pride in their designer shipments, then I do not want the item. Back it went! So disappointed in Nordstoms customer service. This is one reason I rarely buy anything from them.

no dust bag

Bag is so light and beautiful but it is a little bigger than I expected. Also, it was delivered with plastic thin layered bag with no dust bag and box. Very disappointed.
