Crossbody bag
Straps doesn't match advertised purse. Would have been nice to be notified of a replacement. I actually had an outfit to match the striped strap. Bait and switch!

Black and white stripe strap!
I read the reviews before I bought this purse. I too, was attracted to this purse because I loved the black and white striped strap. So before my purse even arrived, I purchased a black-and-white striped strap with gold hardware that looks exactly like the strap in the photos for $7.99 on Amazon! Sure enough when my purse arrived today it came with two straps, a solid black strap, and a tan strap - NO black and white stripe strap. I put on my black and white stripe strap from Amazon. It looks just like the photo!!! I think the purse is good quality and if you’re willing to pay just a few bucks more on Amazon, you can get that black and white stripe strap and get the look in the photo!!!

Lead-on, disappointed yet still satisfied
I chose this bag because of the black and white striped strap. Well that particular strap was not included in my delivery. When I called customer service, I was told to return the bag & reodrer it, with no guarantee the selling point strap would be included.

Very nice bag
I really like this beige or more like an off white color. It has compartments, which is important to me. I bought it because of the wide strap that comes with it. When it arrived, strap is solid color dark beige NOT 3-stripe color as picture in the website. The interior lining is well done not a lose material like other purses. Overall I think is a good buy. Hope it will last. Will update further later on.
