Not happy with the return decision.
The item was too large, tried it on return it next day, once they received it, told me that it was damaged, declined my return, I know I did not damage it, I asked what kind of damage, they can’t tell me, I know it most when they open the package they damaged by cutting it, now they say I damaged and declined my return.
