Sleeveless Henley Racerback Maternity Midi Dress

I bought this to wear around the house postpartum, and I’m not sure whether it arrived with a hole or developed one after the first wear. I called Nordstrom to ask if they could simply send a replacement, since I just gave birth and am not physically able to make a return right now. I was told that “having a baby isn’t an excuse to not return it,” which was incredibly disappointing. I only wanted a replacement for a dress I had just purchased to wear during postpartum recovery. Now I’m left with a damaged item, a return I’m not currently able to make, and money wasted. The whole experience has been unnecessarily frustrating.
