Silversmith Boot

i got my silver smiths a week ago great boots but you need to make 10.5 b i have 10 b and a little too tight hopefully they will be ok when they break in because the 11s might be too long

I’ve had these boots for over a month now, and wear them daily. I’m really torn on how many stars to give them in this review, because while do really love them, there is a flaw that I don’t feel aligns with the reputation of the company, or the price that they’re selling. Others seem to have this problem as well, yet these boots with obvious flaws are still somehow passing inspection and being sent to customers. The speed hooks in one of my boots are noticeably off on one side. Is this a huge issue for me overall? No. Once I lace the boots up, it’s hard to tell, and no one is down on the ground examining them that closely. But it’s definitely worth mentioning to customers who are considering purchasing these. That said, I love the color, fit, and design, and have received so many compliments on them already. For others like me who have been searching for this style of boot for decades to no avail, perhaps the possibility of crooked speed hooks will be worth the risk. I’m including pictures of both boots so you can see for yourself. If not for this one issue, I’d give these 5 stars.

Ended up going on a trip to NYC after getting the books and walked 10+ miles comfortably (one blister but that's the price of breaking them in). I did have to go with the wide option which I've never had to do before. So glad I finally purchased these!

Many reviewers said the copper/red doesn’t come through in pictures. It is hard to tell, but out of the box these are a beautiful dark orange or even purple color. The copper started to change and streak as soon as I put my feet in them. I was on the fence about keeping these after I bought them because they were kind of an impulse buy, but now after seeing them I cannot send them back. It’s my second pair of Silversmiths so I already know they will fit beautifully once they’re broken in. Keep making gorgeous boots Red Wing!

I don’t know why people would put a bad review on these boots other than that they’re impossible to please! These boots are amazing and I love how rustic they look. They don’t take long to break in either.
