Silk & Wool Wide Leg Trousers

I read the reviews and tip saying that this brand runs large and to consider sizing down. I did go down one size, but found that while I was swimming in the leg part of the pant, the waist was true to size or slightly smaller than expected. The material is non-stretchy so the waist has to fit. The pants are supposed to be a wide leg so that part was expected, but there is a tremendous amount of material in width and length. Even if the waist size had worked, I would have been spending money to have the pants hemmed and altered. The material - a silk & wool blend felt luxurious and light-weight. The color is amazing. However, I will not be reordering in a larger size as I don't think the waist will be comfortable.
