Don't purchase. Look elsewhere
2 trips.. Twice the zipper has come apart.. Glad had my clothes in the compression straps. The zipper on this luggage is trash. I previously purchased a 3 piece set of off brand luggage that was much cheaper and more durable. Lasted years. Decided to spend a more money on a bigger name brand.. Big mistake. The return and repair process is complicated and expensive. They designed it that way to discourage getting luggage repaired.

Looks nice, but not durable
I’ve had this suitcase for less than a year and already had to replace a wheel, the magnetic bag tag was ripped off and now the Samsonite logo on the front is broken. I bought this because it looked nice and had a lot of features I liked (which is why I didn’t give it one star), but the durability is way less than I expected from Samsonite. I guess the days where Samsonite luggage could stand up to a gorilla are gone…

Only suitcase you’ll ever want and need!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only suitcase I ever pack now! The suitcase is durable and the outside protects everything you put in it. It’s a hard case. The wheels make it easy to pull along, as well as the handle. The inside has so much room! I packed my stuff for vacation on one side and then my boyfriend’s stuff on the other and there was still so much room! Definitely a must have for any traveler!

Faulty zippers.
This is a beautiful suitcase and the outside material is elegant. Unfortunately the zippers broke on 2 of our suitcases on our first trip using them. The first time it broke during a flight and the airline had to put it in a plastic bag. The second time we had to get it saran wrapped at the airport because we were afraid that it was going to open during transportation again.
