Can't stop braising
I've been coveting a braiser for a long time and when the anniversary flamme dorée color came it, it seemed like the perfect excuse to invest in a lifetime piece to add to the kitchen. The extra surface area and shallow silhouette make this the perfect compliment to my dutch oven. I've been browning then braising leeks, fennel, chicken thighs, and all kinds of one-pot meals. And the lovely color and knob make it the perfect statement piece to take from stove to table for a dramatic serving moment.

My New Favorite Piece
I had several other pieces from Le Creuset but didn’t have a braiser. I didn’t even know I needed a braiser until I fell in love with the sparkle of the Flamme Doree collection. This has quickly become my FAVORITE piece. It’s incredibly useful and beautiful.
