Have to return
This bag didn't arrive in the original box nor with the dust bag. Those are both important in authentic bags. I reached out to customer service and they told me to return it and purchase a new one if I was not satisfied. Now I am returning, and purchased another one in hopes it will arrive in an Alaia box with the Alaia dust bag. Just taking chances but for this price point the quality should be standard. Bags at a much lower price point with excellent quality come with a dust bag so this was dissappointing.
