Short Gabardine Parka

I was looking for a jacket that I could wear in light rain that would still look great, and this fit the bill! It keeps me warm and dry when it's raining out (a normal, lighter rain--I wouldn't wear it in a torrential downpour), and I feel put-together in it. It's long enough to cover most of my shirts, hitting right at my hip bones. It also packs pretty well; it got a little wrinkled, but nothing too bad. Very happy with this purchase!

I love everything about this parka accept that it runs big. They didn’t have any at the Burberry store for me to try on so I ordered size 6. It’s very big on me. I cinched the waist and it looks better but then the arms. I folded it up and its good enough. The shoulder feels really good so I am afraid of going down a size and it’s too tight when I wear something slightly bulky. I’m too lazy to exchange it via the mail service. I wish they had them in the store so I can just go and exchange but since they don’t I’ll just keep it.
