Short Cover-Up

My measurements borderline 3X and 4X, despite wearing mostly size 20 and 22. Sooo, I went with the 4X to be sure to not have any tightness/clinginess anywhere. Should have got the 3X, but the 4X was okay. This item is super cute, though, and received complements. I LOVE that it has adjustable drawstrings, because I am smaller on top and it makes it more flattering! Being heavy, I wish it was about 2 inches longer because it has slits and I like a bit more leg coverage. I wore capris underneath for now, but the only other cute coverup is a maxi that everybody (even those who are much taller than me) says is much too long! Could y'all either lengthen this one, shorten the maxi, or come up with one in-between?? And offer darker blues/greens/purples please. Some ladies don't like the bright colours.

i recently purchased this dress for a trip. i was very disappointed in it. the fabric is very heavy to wear and is not suited for summer wear. the fabric sticks to your skin when out in the sun. the fabric is also unbreathable which was a surprise as it was supposed to be for hot and sunny weather. when i was wearing it it felt like i was wearing several layers of clothing which made me very uncomfortable so i only wore it once for a very short time as the weather that day was 100F and the sun was beating down on us. im not sure if i will wear this again
