Shimmering Pleated A-Line 3/4 Sleeve Gown

I was very disappointed with the service I received at Nordstrom's - I had placed this order online to be delivered to Nordstrom's Chicago store and talked to an associate on the Monday of the week it was delivered - I advised him that I would not be picking the dress up until Friday or Saturday of that week and was assured it was fine and that he would make a note on the file - I then received a message on Friday of that week telling me my dress had been returned and I was being sent a refund. I called the Chicago store and was met with complete rudeness by an associate who told me that the dress was returned because I had not picked it up timely. When I advised of the situation and the fact that I had spoken with an associate previously in the week who said it would be okay, she told me that that did not make it an extension and then hung up on me. As the dress had been paid for and arrangements had been made (I thought) to pick the dress up, I was extremely upset with the service I received.
