Didn’t know I was going to love this as much as I

First starting it it kinda hurts because it’s actually massaging deep. After using it my neck feels so much better. It’s small and portable. I’m obsessed

Crap
Nordstrom used to be a quality and high end department store. Sadly, that was the past. The 3rd party companies it now partners with has now sunk this previously trendy and known for quality store to the dregs of commerce. I imagine Nordstrom will be out of business in the very near future.

Best thing ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] and Back Massager for a few weeks now, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The rotating nodes really help loosen up tension in my neck and shoulders, and the heat function adds an extra layer of comfort — it feels like a mini spa session at home.
It’s strong enough to get into those tight knots but not too intense. Been using it every week since I got it .

Work great but kind of akward
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally think it's a little awkward to work with but my husband loves it. It works well it's just kind of a weird shape. It's small which is nice because it doesn't take up a lot of space.
