Not good
So i ordered this for my wife. I decided to have it delivered to the store to surprise my wife with a romatic gesture. It was a mess! Was suppose to be at the store on the 20th after order placed on the 5th. Tracking never updated from preparing for delivery. Finally on the 21st o went in to check, not here. Then upon leaving later that day it still said preparing for delivery but clicking into the tracking it showed delivered on the 17th. This was a new update. Went in on 24th, sorry not in. Called yesterday the 26th, sorry we don't know where it is and all we can do is redund it. I'll give this one more chance and thats it. Very disappointed in the process. Not even a busy time of year.
