Gorgeous and comfy
These are beautiful and not frumpy flats. Good for jazzing up a casual outfit or wearing to black tie. The heel is a bit large so they slip a little bit they aren’t causing any rubbing or anything. I really like them.

Beautiful shoe, but “patent” is not real leather
Really liked the look of these in person. Looked sleek despite the chunkier heel. Thought the buckle across would be distracting, but it blended in with the shoe.
Sadly, while perfect in the length, I walked right out of the shoes with every step. Had the same issue with the FLX Roma loafers by FS. The sides and back do not have enough structure to hold the foot in. Even tried padded heel inserts.
Couldn’t go a size down as the length was perfect.
Especially dismayed that the tag insides stated they were manmade uppers. They were definitely not real patent leather. And for $125??? I’m not buying plastic/polyurethane shoes. You should be ashamed Franco Sarto!

Purchased these online since they didn’t have my size in store, wanted to replace a pair of Sarto bought last yr that almost fit but slightly small& wouldn’t stretch bc not leather. Description listed as leather for this style, and the price seemed to reflect that. Surprised that the shoe itself states man made upper. Thats my primary requirement im relying on description to be accurate since I have to purchase them based solely on the description. Big difference between plastic and leather. If Franco Sarto isnt forthcoming, why doesn't Nordstrom provide correct info as the retailer?

Terrible fit
Cute shoe but fit is terrible. I have purchased several pairs of the Eda over the years, my favorite! Purchased the same size since it’s the same brand and the Senna fits oddly, worth wise and feels like you have to struggle to keep it on as you walk but fits fine length wise. Bought the Senna in 3 colors and am so disappointed.

Not Good For Higher Arched Ladies
That buckle across the top is tight. If you have a higher arch, it will dig into the top arch of your feet. My feet felt bruised and were sore after wearing them all day. They are a 2 hour shoe at best.
