Lightweight & lovely
This is a lovely cool cover up for beach or pool. The fabric is indeed crinkled & lightweight. The length comes almost to my knee in front and slightly longer in back (I'm 5'5"). I haven't washed it yet, and hope it won't shrink although it is oversized so a little shrinking would be okay.

Cute but defective
I purchased a small in white. It's oversized and breezy. It is extremely see through, not just a little see through. Mine arrived with blue pen marks drawn around the two front pockets. Poor craftmanship and unwearable, so I cannot recommend this product or brand.
