Inconsistent sizing
I purchased the Schutz Ellen during the anniversary sale in a size 9. It was too small, and the 9.5 was sold out. So I bought this Mikki boot in a 9.5. It was much too big. Then I exchanged the 9.5 Mikki for an 8.5 since the 9 was sold out. The 8.5 was far too narrow and too small. I don’t think I’d try purchasing this brand again because I have no idea what size to buy. The inconsistent sizing and poor condition of ALL THREE pairs I received is unacceptable. All three pairs were creased and fingernail scratched.
