Mediocre quality

Mediocre quality, difficult to close, stained inside. I also didn’t know it was a different seller who sells through the Nordstrom site when I purchased it. I discovered this when I went to return it and had to have manager approval. I had no idea Nordstrom lets other companies sell on the Nordstrom website.
