Horrible service from Nordstrom
The item is very well fitted , large caftan which I planned to keep. However , Nordstrom was not willing to price adjust after it was reduced by 70 dollars. This is forcing me to return it and I won’t be ordering it again since I don’t appreciate the attitude around “ market place” like it was my choice to shop elsewhere.
