Never buy from a third party from Nordstrom

Bought this dress for a flower girl, it was too big , so I returned it. The third party vendor decided to decline the return saying it was damaged without providing any proof. Nordstrom customer service told me its up to the third party's discretion. They told me I should have taken pictures of the dress before returning!!! I have never heard of such a thing and have never had a problem with a Nordstrom return. So after being a loyal Nordstrom customer for years I will receive no refund. Thank you Nordstrom
