Pretty dress, chest area is too big

Such a gorgeous dress but I tried on both the L and the XL sizes and both had massive gaps in the chest area that barely changed between the sizes. I am a B cup and this dress was too big for me. The hips were perfect though in a L. M would be too small in the hips
