Cheery color has everything I was looking for

DO NOT BUY if you want to stay dry!
Such a pretty color and loved the features and price. Have only worn 2-3 times. Well, last night I got caught in some bad rain and walked 15 minutes. I was drenched and soaking. This did not hold up well at all. I would have been better off using a garbage bag. This is for light showers only. I will be buying a better coat.
