The straps pinch the tops of your foot and make it unbearable to wear them without first bandaging your feet. Also caused blisters after 1 hour of wear.

cute but uncomfortable
I purchased a 7.5 which fit fine. However after wearing them for a few hours the buckles scratched my foot and caused a blister. I saw someone else state this but i ignored the comment because the shoes are so cute! I would like to return them, but since i wore them Nordstrom may not allow.

Like prior reviewers: too stiff and chunky
I wanted to like these shoes; probably should’ve sized down and gotten the 7 instead of the 7 1/2.
The straps across the top of the foot are stiff and they were not comfortable, and that’s why I sent them back.

huge blisters
I wore these for one hour and had a blisters form so bad that my feet were bleeding. I own lots of shoes and usually can wear them in, but these were unbearable. Returned ASAP and was told other people have been doing that as well.
