Nordstrom Delivered to Wring Address Now Sold Out

Nordstrom delivered to wrong address and it was for summer and now sold out in my size — where is accountability and responsibility even if contracted out? Even the picture showed the wrong address when delivered. Nordstrom should consider new third party vendors.
