Details & care

The ROCKY® S2V Steel Toe Tactical Military Boot is a Coyote Brown military boot that protects your foot, stands up to tough conditions and is comfortable to wear. This uniform-compliant boot is approved for wear with all applicable Operational Camouflage Pattern variations. This is a steel toe boot to protect your foot from objects that could fall on your toes. The safety toe meets ASTM standards. Made of flash-resistant, water-resistant leather and 1,000-denier CORDURA nylon, this combat boot is coated for flame resistance. Drainage vents with advanced Rocky S2V Sieve technology circulate air in and push water out, allowing your feet to dry quickly. The durable, triple-stitched military boot stays together through wear and tear, and reduces ankle injuries with Roll-Stop Ankle Stability. The stretch LYCRA tongue hugs your foot for a secure fit. This boot has a Vibram sole with proprietary high walls and a polyurethane midsole. Inside the footwear are features that make this a comfortable boot. The Berry Compliant moisture wicking lining wicks away moisture. The Air-Port footbed cushions your foot and has perforations for air flow. The fiberglass shank supports the arch of your foot. This military boot is made in the USA, so it's Berry-compliant. If you're looking for a coyote brown military boot that meets your comfort and performance needs, get the Rocky S2V.

Overall a good boot

They can get a little hot but overall are a comfortable boot. Once you get used to the weight of them they feel good.

I’ve worn these boots for 9 months and the thread and glue holding the soles to the boots have come undone. The tread on the bottom of the soles has worn excessively fast as well. I will not purchase another pair

Terrible

Been wearing these for 2 months. They are stiff and uncomfortable, have almost no cushion, take forever to break in. They are stable, but with poor ankle support. Would not recommend, not even for office work. They make your feet hurt.

We are so sorry to hear that these boots haven't been breaking in easily. Please note in the future that we do offer a limited return policy as long as the product is in new condition & hasn't been worn outside. If there is anything we could do to improve your experience, please let us know!

Perfect for long term wear!

I purchased my first pair of these years ago, and they were fantastic. Much better quality and more reliable than the other possible options for uniform wear.

Comfortable boot

I decided to purchase these even with all of the negative reviews. Have owned them for about a month and so far they are solid. I gave 4 stars because I feel like the “craftsmanship” could be a little better. You can see the glue in some parts on the boot and it looks kinda janky. I will say that I’m a little upset because they market this boot as made in USA but come to find out it’s made in Puerto Rico. I personally don’t think you should be able to market something as Berry Compliant if it’s not made in the states.

Great quality boots

I bought these boots a month ago and they’re great. They’re comfortable and the steel toe element is something you can trust. The only downside is the sizing. I normally wear an 11.5, I purchased an 11 and it had a bit more room in the front but it’s not too big. I could’ve ordered a half size down but I’d be afraid they’d be too small. I suggest wearing a half size smaller than your normal size.
