A three-piece set (no bowl): pure badger shaving brush, closed-comb safety razor and chrome-plated stand, on steamed ash handles. The wood is briefly heated to a very high temperature for water resistance, which deepens its colour and accentuates the grain, then oil-treated for longevity. Pure badger hairs are a little thicker for a stronger massage effect while staying flexible and soft. The razor ends the need for disposable plastic; blades swap by unscrewing the head.
