Ruffled Textured Sleeveless Mesh Gown

I wasn't sure I'd be able to pull off this dress, but was intrigued and ordered it to try. What a refreshing, lovely surprise! The color is beautiful and unique, and the layers of ruffles somehow don't add bulk. I'm only 5'3" and petite, but the dress doesn't overwhelm. I will need to have it hemmed, the shoulder straps shortened a little, and maybe a tuck or two taken in at the bodice. The skirt fullness and swish are luxurious, and it can be dressed up or down as you see fit.
