I have a 7 year old pair and they still excel!
Unbelievably rugged, and good sound.
Probably not 'purist' fidelity, eg. maybe not suitable for audio mixing, but very clear and easy to use.
Only complaint I have is that over time the charging cradle starts to bend and have trouble engaging but you can jiggle it into place.

Poor features
I bought this a few weeks ago and it is OK. However some of the TV conversations are still fuzzy and it is difficult to get more volume. Also the headphones make my ears hot. One feature which is not great is the adjustment of volume dial because while the knob will increase the volume in one ear it at the same time reduces the volume in the other ear. It would be better if ear volumes could be changed independently.

Having trouble hooking them up
The directions to hook these up are weak so I have not been able to use them. I went out and bought some different cables ( that should have come with them) yesterday so I will see if that helps. They should have a way to contact them for technical support to get these to work. If the new cables don’t solve it I will return them

I have given 4 stars because having tried the head phones after wearing them for a while I found them to be a little heavy and the cushioning to be quite hard. Having said that I would recommend them for anyone who doesn’t watch hours of TV.

Best headphones ever
I have miners disease and I only have 40% hearing in my left ear and 85% in my right ear, the RS 195-U allows me to adjust the volume from right to left which makes my TV watching experience great. Best headphones ever.
