Wanted to love this but the wording I have on it isn't tight! The letters slip and flip upside down. From the pictures it looks like it is secured in place but it isn't. total waste of money

The piece that secures the adjustable fit broke after 4 wks of ownership. No returns or exchanges bc it’s personalized. Adorable design, though. My daughter loved it. Until it broke.

Pretty concept. I was not ex stated about the font but it’s ok. Unfortunately, that font is problematic for my letter combination too. The letters are not aligned neatly together so they are constantly rotating and ending up upside down. Also I have an L followed by an I in my name and those two letters are intertwined constantly and difficult to pull apart. Disappointed.
