Found the brand that fits
I'm 5'9" and 160. I'm always sort of between size small and medium in other brands. Rowan small is spot on for me. I love the slub fabric. I used to buy ATM slub tees. They stretch out a lot and look a little sloppy by the end of the day. Rowan tees hold their form. Super soft but pretty durable.
