What it is: A long-wearing lipstick with an exceptional high-pigment formula that offers eight hours of creamy, full-coverage color and a matte finish.
What it does: This nondrying and moisturizing matte lipstick is formulated with hydrating jojoba and ester oils, and it stays put on your lips thanks to color-film technology which helps prevent feathering and fading. The long-lasting lipstick delivers intense, vivid color in a variety of shades for a natural to dramatic look.
How to use: For a natural lip look, dab a pink, brown or nude lipstick onto the center of your lips and blend out using your fingertip for a soft, blotted lip look. For a more defined, dramatic lip, prep by applying concealer just outside your natural lip contour. Follow by lining your lips with a lip pencil in a matching shade. Smooth an even coat of lipstick directly over your lips for a complete matte look.

I’m medium-olive skinned so this lipstick appears much more magenta/purple on me. It’s beautiful and dries a bit Matte, but as someone with very dry lips, I can say it feels quite comfortable. The picture above is 3 hours after first applying it and I’ve been drinking a lot of water (no straw). color is in 502

It claims to be long lasting, but not! I have way better quality lipsticks at a better price. I definitely don’t like this neither do I recommend it.

My favorite red lipstick
This is my first time trying the 400 FOUR HUNDRED/RED matte lipstick, and I absolutely love it! Endless compliments and perfect for the holidays. Unlike other red lipsticks I've tried, once it's properly applied, I didn't have any issues with it smearing on my face or teeth or needing to reapply throughout the evening. I felt like a movie star with this on.

Drying for the lip, cracked my lip
Purchased in ANDROGINO/ANTIQUE ROSE color but it dried up my lip completely and chapped it. The material is very dry and causes friction on the lips. Not easy to glide. Had to return.

Great Nude
I love this color. This is a great nude for mature women who need a more saturated color but still want that neutral feel. The lipstick has a slight shimmer to it, is rich and deep in color, has good staying power (even under a mask if you put concealer on your lips first as a staying product). This particular matte lipstick also does not dry out your lips. I also bought it in a deep red, and I LOVE that color too.

Please Bring Back the 400
Please bring back shade 400 in the Rouge D’ Armani Matte Lipstick. Had I known it would be discontinued, I would’ve purchased multiple tubes. This red has the perfect undertones for my skin and has a bold yet understated look. The Lip Power Matte isn’t the sane feel or finish. Please help!
