quite disappointed
One of the posts is super loose and doesn't stay closed. It was very obvious from the moment I opened the package that the earring is defective, and yet, it was still sent to me. Now I have to process the return, print the label, box up the item, take it to a Fed Ex store, and await the refund. It's hardly worth the effort, which makes you wonder, is that why venders don't take more care when sending out items?
