Great everyday boot !

I took a chance and I think I will be keeping. The chocolate brown is very pretty and will go with everything. They are very comfortable out of the box. I like they are weatherproof and very lightweight. They will also be good for travel. I would say they are slightly better for a narrow foot.

Too narrow

Loved these boots - the lug sole (not too heavy) and color (espresso) were perfect! But way too narrow. I got my usual size for Aquitalia and they squished my toes. Went up a half size and the narrow issue didn’t really go away but my heel was sliding out. Had to pass. Most of my other Aquitalias are leather so not sure if the suedes makes a difference or not but just couldn’t make them work. Too bad, because they are beautiful.

Narrow toe box

So much to like about these, I'm sorry they didn't work (I appreciate the low heel, narrow heel, narrow ankle and sleek design). But, I have regular width toes so these squish my toes inwards uncomfortably. Also, there is minimal cushioning under the foot. Maybe if you're 20 and bouncy no cushioning is OK, but as a 50 year old I have to have cushioning. These are going back. Would also appreciate removable insoles while I'm listing things that would make my dream shoe.

Quality issue on the suede

Love the color, feel, and shape - fit is TTS for Aquatalia (taking the larger of my two half sizes). Deducted a star because while the suede on one boot is even in texture and color, on the other boot, there is a distinct 'stripe' down the middle where perhaps the suede was harmed during manufacturing and isn't as plush/doesn't blend with the rest of the leather. Considering an exchange to try again...

Uncomfortable: Narrow Toe Bed and Heel

Beautiful boot and well constructed but very uncomfortable from the moment I put them on. Very narrow toe bed, causing my toes to not reach anywhere close to the top of the shoe and making the shoe look much too long. Even narrower heel making my foot feel squished from all sides. Returning. Would NOT recommend unless you have very narrow feet throughout your foot.
