The bag itself is spectacular, but it arrived with the tags cut off, the paper wrapping torn and taped back together with masking tape, no Balenciaga box, and tossed into a clear plastic bag. I now have to go through the trouble of returning it, because it feels like a used item. I would only recommend purchasing this bag if you can buy it in-store and inspect it beforehand. Please do better, Nordstrom.
