Very Nice Looking & Comfortable Sneaker
Bought this Rockport Jaimson sneaker to compare to the Johnson & Murphy Amherst. They are very similar in many ways, and I like them both. The styling and material of the uppers looks similar enough that they might have come from the same manufacturer....both very nice. The Rockports have a bit wider toe box, which I prefer. The J&M have a much thicker/softer sole, so they look more sneaker-ish, but that sole would be more comfortable if standing all day. In the end I decided to go with the wide toe box of the Rockports as it was more comfortable for me, look more stylish/casual and not so sporty, but it was a close call.
