Not mid rise - went to my belly button. Weird fit
These were the worst fitting jeans I've tried on in a long time. I'm 5'3" with a petite torso, and these jeans went to my belly button and fit like high-rise jeans. Normally mid-rise jeans hit me lower, so I was quite surprised by this pair. But the part that made the fit so bad on me was excess fabric on both legs just under the crotch. The fabric bulged out from the pants for a few inches top to bottom without tapering off. I could grab a handful of fabric right there. I thought it was a manufacturing error since I've never seen anything like this before, so I tried on the other size I purchased, and those did the same thing.
