Beautiful Pump

This is a gorgeous pump but ran a size too small. I am a size 11 in Stuart Weitzman and Tory Burch, but the 11 in this shoe was a size too small, and they don't carry a size 12, so they are going back. However, they are beautiful, and I am sad to see them go.

Awkward structure

I was looking for everyday office shoes and this pair looked promising. However, I had to return them. They hurt my feet really badly on the top edge - that edge goes higher and further away from the toes than usual. And the size up would have been way too long, as lengthwise they were already very loose. I can get a much better quality for same price.
