Not impressed

This dress comes in two pieces - did not see that in the description or maybe I misunderstood. It's a basic black tank dress, very fitted with the gauze knit to pull over it. Didn't really seem to mesh together. Quick return on this one.

Classic. elegant and versatile

I bought this dress to wear to a formal wedding in the fall. I saw a Nordstrom stylist dress it up by adding pumps a clutch and a beautiful Pashmina, which is how I will be wearing it. She also styled it with a big sweater thrown over the top and boots which I’m looking forward to wearing this winter for a fun different look. The overlay is a very dark navy and the tank dress underneath is black. I find the colors to be complementary and the dress to be incredibly comfortable. It’s that great mesh overlay that’s nice and stretchy which I love that. It is back in style right now.
