How to use: It is recommended that you use the Fringe red light therapy Panel once a day for a 20 minute session. You can do multiple body parts for 20 minutes each just stick to the 20 minutes in any one area. Panel needs to be 6 to 12-inches from skin. Use dry towel to wipe outside of panel. Please do not submerge in water or any other liquid, or put under running water. While cleaning, make sure your unit is unplugged and away from any power outlets. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
