Perfection in a jar
I’m 29 with combination, breakout-prone and quite sensitive skin, so finding a foundation that truly works for me is rare. But this one… wow. I applied it over my moisturizer and it melted into my skin just perfectly. At this point, it’s honestly the best foundation in my entire arsenal, and trust me, I’ve tried a lot.
It doesn’t settle into fine lines, it leaves my skin looking velvety and smooth, and the scent is absolutely incredible - just like all Estee Lauder products. I’m a huge fan of the brand, they never disappoint, and this was no exception!
The shade match is spot-on for my skin tone. It feels like a second skin. In the photo I’m wearing just one layer of Ecru 1n2, and the medium coverage was more than enough to noticeably cover my dark circles and slight redness. I skipped concealer completely and only added a bit of setting powder - and that was all I needed to look fresh and even-toned all day long.
And the packaging… a whole separate moment of pure joy. It’s truly a piece of art: ultra-luxurious, aesthetically stunning, heavy and now one of the most beautiful items in my vanity. Love at first sight.
Just one small note: when you open the jar, make sure it’s sitting flat, because the product can easily spill over the edges if it’s tilted.
Overall, 10/10. I’m obsessed and grateful!

Very Disappointed!!!
I use the Liquid Re-Nutriv foundation in 1C0 and expected it to be the same shade; it is darker. With a brush, the product goes on streaky; with a sponge it goes on patchy so you must use your fingers. Despite the claims online and on the box, this foundation showed up EVERY line, EVERY pore, offered LIGHT coverage and looked horrible when additional foundation was added for more coverage. I have very dry skin and my skin looked greasy and shiny, not "lit from within". Last, using powder to set/take away some of the greasy shine made my skin look HORRIBLE: dry, cakey, mask-like and made the pores and lines even MORE defined. Do NOT waste your money on this product. I should have known better when I saw the word "serum"; this translates to a runny, thin coverage and goes into every crevice when used for a foundation or concealer.

This creme foundation is the best I've ever used. A little goes a long way with this makeup and it blends seamlessly. The texture is creamy yet lightweight. It gives my skin a great glow as well. I have tried different ways applying this foundation and I can't get it to work on my combination skin. I think the shade is a bit too light for me but that's not the issue. It does not last on my skin all day like the claims say. It clings to my nose and all the hairs on my face. Also the brush that comes with it does not help the application and absorbs a lot of product. For the price, this is a no. Also the packaging is not made for travel.
