Do NOT purchase
I purchased this dress as an option for my daughter’s wedding next month. I received this dress, and it was lovely but it was not the right fit. I immediately returned the item after realizing it was slightly too large. I received an email today that my return had been rejected due to “damage.” After calling the Nordstrom, the customer service representative informed me that this dress is considered a “third party” purchase, meaning that Nordstrom is unable to assist me. She let me know that the damage was noted as a “missing tag.” I know that after trying this dress on for a brief moment and immediately placing it back in its box and returning it, the tag most definitely was not missing. I asked what would happen - will I be sent back the “damaged” dress? No, I will never receive the dress. I will lose almost $700. In addition, Nordstrom has no way to contact Milla, not even a phone number. I spent nearly $700 for nothing. I consider this to be akin to theft. I would caution anyone against ordering from Nordstrom in the future as they do not do any due diligence when it comes to their vendors, and customers can be out of significant amounts of money with no options available to them whatsoever. This is a strong caution against Nordstrom.
