Smaller than a Women’s size 12
These shoes were short in length for a women’s 12. I have purchased Chacos in the past and they fit in my size, now they are a half size too small.

Confusing Straps

Not the same
I have a really old pair of Chacos that I have worn for uncountable miles. Same style but these are northern. Footbed is not as comfortable for my feet, toe loop seems to tighten up randomly during wear. Sad.

Great……but
I really like how they look and feel especially the grip on the sole. However, the straps themselves are too wide for my toe bug toes. They cut off my circulation and my toes go numb. Don’t know what to do about that. All my other Chacos are the double strap and are super comfy. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

We appreciate your feedback. Most times you can fix the toe tightening by washing your sandals. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent.
