Cheap brass
This a good solid, comfy and stylish boot. I haven’t even had the boot for 60 days and the brass quick loops broke and cracked on me while I was on vacation leaving me without a proper fitting boot.

Inconvenience
Unfortunately, this store refused to do a size exchange. Only a refund. Mind u drove 1hr for nothing. Very inconvenient. Never heard of a store not doing an exchange when clearly I checked the website & item isn’t sold out. They have the size I was looking for. Last & only purchase!!!
