Constructed using aluminum, Ramverk Alu Carry-on is built entirely from custom-engineered components. A robust rivet-less construction enables easier part replacement and repairs while maintaining a clean exterior free of exposed rivets.

• EdgeFrame:The edge frame increases torsional rigidity and adds impact protection by absorbing and redistributing forces during travel. Similar to a body-in-white strategy in automotive design, the structure combines stiffness with controlled deformation to protect the interior and retain geometry.
• CenterFrame:A centered frame structure creates a stable spine throughout the luggage. This unique construction improves load distribution, enhances repairability, and preserves the tactile feel of closing the case.
• Trolley Handle:The trolley handle uses a unibody aluminium housing that strengthens the entire handle path and creates a precise, silent extension. The handle is the main interaction point of the luggage and the aluminium construction gives a solid, dependable feel during use.
• Wheel housing:The wheel housings are designed specifically for the aluminium format. They integrate cleanly into the shell and provide enhanced ground clearance and better shock absorption. They also act as a central structural point where multiple parts meet with tolerances that are rarely seen in the luggage industry.
• Carry Handle:The carry handle uses a refined material and mechanical construction that exposes its functional logic. It provides a comfortable grip and snaps back with intention.
